Правило
Вариант 1: It is said / believed / thought / reported that + предложение: It is said that he is very rich.
Вариант 2: He is said to be very rich.
Про прошлое во втором варианте — to have + третья форма: He is believed to have left the country.
- It is said that the castle is haunted.Говорят, что в замке водятся привидения.
- She is thought to be the best player in the team.Её считают лучшим игроком команды.
- The thieves are believed to have escaped abroad.Считается, что воры сбежали за границу.
Частая ошибка
❌ He is said that he is rich.
✅ He is said to be rich.
Либо It is said that…, либо He is said to…
